At the age of twenty, Stan opened his first automotive repair business in New York and successfully managed it until the decision to relocate the family to Arizona was made for health concerns regarding his son. Employment for Stan was garnered at several new car dealerships over the following years. Based upon his merit and skill, the accolade of "Top Tech" was attained by him at each employer. Ever advancing his knowledgebase, Stan rode the forefront of computer based diagnostic equipment, enhancing his already vast understanding of automotive systems. Rising through the ranks at Powell Volvo Mazda to become the Parts and Service Director, in his 13 year tenure at that dealership, he became the number one service manager for both Volvo and Mazda for the entire United States. The mantra that has been distilled by Stan's experience is "keep quality employees and provide outstanding service, with personal understanding, to each and every customer; regardless of how large the business may be." The legacy continues to this day with Stan's sons, Stanley and Jeremy, in a brand new facility with greater resources available to ensure that customers have less to worry about when it comes to their vehicles.
